Very provocative, with a 1940s edge. As you know, I’m no Karl Lagerfeld (as a photographer) fan, but he’s so prolific that I do find myself liking a few of his editorials, here and there.

Okay, I was just bitching a few days ago to Jo about how I didn’t like Karl Lagerfeld as a photographer all that much. But, well, I do like this I must admit. Diane Kruger by Karl Lagerfeld for German Vogue March 2010:
These luminous images are from editorial “Rückkehr nach Metropolis” in latest addition of Vogue Germany. I think Toni Gerrn (the female model) is breathtakingly gorgeous, but the male model is so so. More importantly though, check out the clothing, hair accoutrement, and jewelry!
