Everyday men of the 1930s. Such wonderful shots of men relaxing, going about their everyday business and hanging out with friends. Even the casual clothing of the day never looks just ‘thrown together’. The various pieces of each ensemble always appear to be chosen with care. I LOVE the third pic from the top. Alexander McQueen’s menswear collection for fall/winter 08/09 is stupid-fresh; it’s amazing! It’s a Tim Burton meets fashion, Dr. Jekyll & Mr. Hyde, and Sweeny Todd all rolled into one. I absolutely dig it. Men, take note! Mostly likely you won’t want to throw down that kind of money for your threads, but see if you can find something that looks like something from these pictures. And ladies, see if you can get your men in some of this!!
